About: Recordings made and gathered around the end of 2021 and throughout 2022 in Omaha, Nebraska. Side one grounds itself in the interior and personal, a meditation inspired by long days alone in quarantine, feeling and fearing infection of the COVID-19 virus.

Side two focuses on memories of commuting within the city; fragmented vignettes collide to mimic recollecting what one did throughout the day. In each piece, time and space is folded onto itself to create a more textural and somatic documentation of trying to get out of isolation. Depression and mania fill the sonic landscape created; however, Alex's cheekiness and humor rise through this darkness.
